É com muito prazer que trago para vocês hoje a entrevista de um convidado muito especial, Soren Thygesen que é o administrador do Kimi Räikkönen Fan Club Group no Facebook. Um cara muito bacana! A entrevista está ótima e espero sinceramente que vocês gostem!

1. Soren, tell us a bit about you. Where are you from? What do you do?

1. Soren, conte-nos um pouco sobre você. De onde você é? O que você faz?

Hi there Octeto Racing Team! I am a thirty-something guy living in Norway. I am Danish of nationality but moved to Norway about 14 years ago to try something new.

I work as a software consultant. Our company produces software for the retail business. Although that may sound a bit boring, I actually really enjoy it.

I love riding my motorbike when it finally gets warm enough up here. And thanks to my equally car-crazy boss, I also get to take my car to the track once or twice a year which is good fun.

Im also the sound technician in my local church among other duties which I also enjoy a lot.

Another hobby is obviously maintaining the Kimi fan group on Facebook. I cannot begin to tell you how much fun it has been in the 3 years I have been doing that now. I have met so many great people through this. Some of them in real life. Its funny to think how Kimi brings people together like that and he has absolutely no idea about it!

Oi Octeto Racing Team! Eu sou um cara de trinta e poucos anos vivendo na Noruega. Sou de nacionalidade dinamarquesa, mas me mudei para Noruega há 14 anos para tentar algo novo.

Eu trabalho como consultor de software. Nossa companhia produz software para o negócio de varejo. Embora isso possa parecer um pouco chato, na verdade eu realmente gosto do meu trabalho.

Eu amo pilotar a minha moto quando finalmente faz calor suficiente aqui. E graças ao meu chefe igualmente louco por carros, eu também comecei a levar meu carro para a pista uma ou duas vezes no ano, o que é uma boa diversão.

Eu também sou o técnico de som na minha igreja local, entre outras funções que eu também aprecio muito.

Outro hobby é, obviamente, manter o grupo de fãs de Kimi no Facebook. Eu nem posso começar a dizer quanta diversão já tenho tido nos 3 anos que tenho feito isto. Eu conheci tanta gente legal através disto. Alguns deles na vida real. É engraçado pensar como Kimi une as pessoas assim e ele não tem absolutamente nenhuma ideia sobre isto!

2. When and why F1 came into your life?

2. Quando e por que a F-1 entrou em sua vida?

I have been interested in cars since I was a little kid. I would buy these car magazines and read them over and over again. In there were also articles about Formula 1. And one of my first memories of that, was reading about the close battle between Prost and Lauda in the McLaren. We had no TV coverage of that back then, (I was living in Oman at the time) so all my info came from those magazines.

I must admit that when I picked up on watching the sport again when I got a bit older, it seemed to be dominated a lot by a certain German driver who just kept on winning a lot. So I just wrote it off as a bit boring. Unfortunately, as I missed a lot of great races.

Eu tenho interesse em carros desde que era um garotinho. Comprava essas revistas de carro e ficava lendo sem parar. Naquela época também havia os artigos sobre a Fórmula 1. E uma das minhas primeiras lembranças disto, foi ler sobre a batalha disputadíssima entre Prost e Lauda na McLaren. Nós não tínhamos cobertura de TV na época (eu estava morando em Omã, neste período) então todas as minhas informações vinham destas revistas.

Eu devo admitir que ao escolher assistir o esporte novamente quando já estava um pouco mais velho, ele parecia ser dominado por um certo piloto alemão que ganhava muito. Então eu acabei achando um pouco chato. Infelizmente, já que perdi um monte de grandes corridas.

3. When did you start supporting Kimi Räikkönen? And why him?

3. Quando você começou a torcer para Kimi Räikkönen? E por que ele?

It wasn’t until that I by chance was watching an F1 race. France 2002 I think it was. And I watched this young driver in the McLaren called Raikkonen. At one point he had this great scrap with Schumacher where he overtook him in the pit stop by merit alone and defended his position with a kind of controlled savageness. I remember saying, “who is this??!”. I had not seen such a driving style before. Finally someone to challenge Schumacher I thought and I immediately cheered for him to win. Sadly he was unlucky with some oil on track at that race and finished second. But I immediately knew that he was something special.

Another thing that drew me in, was when I saw his press conferences. He could have just won a race and then he answered questions and said “Yes, for sure I am very happy..” sounding anything but happy in the most monotone voice you had ever heard. I just loved that! Haha.

Não foi até então, eu estava por acaso assistindo a uma corrida de F1. França 2002 eu acho. E eu assisti a este jovem piloto da McLaren chamado Räikkönen. Em um momento ele teve este grande pega com Schumacher onde ele o ultrapassou no pit stop por mérito próprio e defendeu sua posição com uma espécie de selvageria controlada. Lembro-me de dizer, "quem é este??!". Eu não tinha visto tal estilo de pilotagem antes. Finalmente alguém para desafiar Schumacher eu pensava e eu imediatamente torci para ele ganhar. Infelizmente ele não teve sorte com um pouco de óleo na pista nesta corrida e terminou em segundo. Mas eu soube imediatamente que ele era especial.

Outra coisa que me fez admirá-lo foi quando eu via suas entrevistas coletivas. Ele poderia ter acabado de ganhar uma corrida e então ele respondia às perguntas e dizia: "Sim, com certeza estou muito feliz .." soando nada mais do que feliz com a voz mais monótona que você já tinha ouvido. Adorei isso! Haha.

4. Tell us about the worst and the best moment you have watched since you became an Iceman fan.

4. Conte-nos um pouco sobre o pior e o melhor momento que você assistiu desde que se tornou fã do Iceman.

My worst? It has to be Spa 2008. I really thought he had the race in the bag. Coming down hard from being on a total high, was really rough. I seriously considered not watching anymore races that year. Lol. But Kimi got them all back the following year at Spa. Yes. He got them back real good..

My best moment. It has to be when he crossed the finish line in Brazil in 2007. I was literally high on endorphins. I felt drunk :D It was just one of the best days of my life. I actually went up to my local Shell station and thanked the confused clerks behind the counter for providing the fuel for Kimis victory. I think they thought I was drunk too. Hahaha.

Meu pior? Tem que ser Spa 2008. Eu realmente acho que ele tinha que ter levado aquela corrida. Cair como ele caiu depois de ter vindo de um momento tão bom foi realmente difícil. Eu seriamente considerei não assistir mais corridas naquele ano. Risos... Mas Kimi conseguiu pegar todo mundo de novo no ano seguinte em Spa. Sim. Ele realmente conseguiu pegar todo mundo de jeito.

Meu melhor momento. Tem que ser quando ele cruzou a linha de chegada no Brasil em 2007. Eu fiquei literalmente alto de endorfinas. Eu me senti bêbado. risos.. Foi um dos melhores dias da minha vida. Na verdade eu fui para um posto local da Shell e agradeci aos confusos vendedores atrás da máquina registradora por fornecerem o combustível para a vitória de Kimi. Eu acho que eles acharam que eu estava bêbado também. hahaha.

5. What do you think about women interest in racing?

5. O que você acha do interesse das mulheres no automobilismo?

Are you trying to get me to say that women should stay in the kitchen? Preferably barefeet and pregnant while making me a sandwich? Well, you wont get me to say that.. ;)

No, but seriously. Why wouldn’t that be great? We have a large number of women in the Kimi Fan Club group on Facebook and I love their contributions. Some of them are totally into the sport and knows a great big deal about the regulations and the technical side. They would rival any male F1 enthusiast on that account.

However, when it comes to Kimi, I don’t think that him looking the way he does is a disadvantage for getting more female fans. Because lets be honest, he does look like a model. And I’m trying to not step on anyones toes here, but I think its very possible that some womens first interest in motorsport starts with the good looks of a driver and from then on grows to something more as they gradually get into the sport. And then again - others are total motorheads from the start, which is also great.

Você está tentando me fazer dizer que as mulheres deveriam ficar na cozinha? Preferencialmente descalças e grávidas enquanto me preparam um sanduíche? Bem, você não conseguirá me fazer dizer isto... risos

Não, mas falando sério agora. Por que isto não seria ótimo? Nós temos um imenso número de mulheres no Kimi Fan Club Group no Facebook e eu adoro as contribuições delas. Algumas delas são totalmente antenadas com o esporte e sabem grandes coisas sobre as regras e o lado técnico. Elas rivalizariam com qualquer homem entusiasta de F1 neste aspecto.

Entretanto, quando se trata de Kimi, eu não acho que ele tendo a aparência que tem seja uma desvantagem por conseguir mais fãs mulheres. Porque sejamos honestos, ele parece um modelo. E não estou aqui tentando pisar no calo de ninguém não, mas eu acho que seja bem possível que o primeiro interesse de algumas mulheres por automobilismo comece com a aparência de um piloto e disto cresce para algo maior já que gradualmente elas se aprofundam no esporte. E então novamente – outras são complemente fanáticas por máquinas, que também é ótimo.

6. What is your opinion about the Brazilian drivers in F1: Felipe Massa, Rubens Barrichello, Lucas di Grassi and Bruno Senna?

6. Qual é a sua opinião sobre os pilotos brasileiros: Felipe Massa, Rubens Barrichello, Lucas di Grassi e Bruno Senna?

Lucas di Grassi is Brazilian? Didn’t know that. Lol. Sorry. Im afraid I know too little of him to form a proper opinion. I did catch a few good drives of him in GP2 but he also seemed a bit reckless at times. I will have to get back to you at years end.

Felipe Massa is not my favorite driver. But one must acknowledge the immense challenge he has been facing the last 4 years. And he is still standing. First Schumacher, then Kimi and now Alonso. 3 world champions as teammates. Not to mention a 2 pound metal spring to the head. He looked shaky in 2006 but Rob Smedley became like a mentor to him after Schumacher left and I think he relies on that a lot. Which is fine when you work that way. Its not the kind of thing that impresses me, but people are different. I think Alonso is going to find beating Massa is far from an easy task. He is one of the best qualifiers and that is worth gold when passing is as hard as it is. He is even leading the championship after Malaysia. After being almost killed last year, I can only be impressed by that.

Rubens is the most experienced driver in F1 and that does mean something. Drivers come and go. But Rubens have been there since 1993. That was before the internet and cell phones became mainstream.. How good is he? He is hard to judge. He will always be remembered as the number 2 at Ferrari which is a bit unfair in my opinion. But he is a proven race winner and knows the game better than anybody.

I started following Bruno Senna in 2008 in GP2. He had a great season and might have won if it wasn’t for that dog he hit in Turkey. Darn shame that. I must admit that part of my following him is due to his last name. Ayrton was a remarkable man who left this earth unnecessarily and way too soon. I wish for a return to glory for the Senna name. You may call me sentimental ;) He is good, no doubt about it. But I fear that his year in the slow HRT car may do him more harm than good. I root for him to beat Chandok.

Lucas di Grassi é brasileiro? Não sabia disso. Risos. Temo não saber muito sobre ele para formar um opinião adequada.Eu consegui ver algumas poucas corridas boas dele na GP2, mas ele também parecia um pouco afoito algumas vezes. Terei que retornar a você com esta resposta daqui a alguns anos.

Felipe Massa não é o meu piloto favorito. Mas é preciso reconhecer o imenso desafio que ele tem enfrentado nos últimos 4 anos. E ele ainda está de pé. Primeiro Schumacher, depois Kimi e agora Alonso. 3 campeões mundiais como companheiros de equipe. Sem mencionar uma mola de metal de duas libras de peso na cabeça. Ele parecia frágil em 2006, mas Rob Smedley se tornou um mentor para ele depois que Schumacher saiu, e eu acho que ele confia muito nisto. O que é bom quando você trabalha desta forma. Não é o tipo de coisa que me impressiona, mas as pessoas são diferentes. Acho que Alonso verá que bater Massa está longe de ser uma tarefa fácil. Ele é um dos melhores em qualificação e isto vale ouro quando ultrapassar é tão difícil como hoje. Ele está até liderando o campeonato após a Malásia. Depois de quase ter morrido no ano passado, só posso ficar impressionado com isso.

Rubens é o piloto mais experiente da F1 e isto significa alguma coisa. Pilotos vêm e vão. Mas Rubens está lá desde 1993. Isto foi antes da internet e dos celulares se tornarem assuntos principais. O quão bom ele é? Ele é difícil de julgar. Ele sempre será lembrado como o número 2 na Ferrari o que é um pouco injusto na minha opinião. Mas ele já provou que é um piloto vencedor e que conhece o jogo melhor do que ninguém.

Comecei a seguir Bruno Senna na GP2 em 2008. Ele teve uma grande temporada e poderia ter vencido se não fosse aquele cachorro em que ele bateu na Turquia. Que vergonha aquilo. Devo admitir que parte da minha admiração vem em função de seu sobrenome. Ayrton foi um homem inesquecível que deixou a terra cedo demais e sem necessidade. Eu desejo um retorno à glória para o nome Senna. Você pode dizer que sou sentimental. Ele é bom, sem dúvida. Mas eu temo que seu ano nesta lenta HRT poderá fazê-lo mais mal do que bem. Eu torço para que ele bata Chandok.

7. What is your opinion about the 2010 F1 season until now?

7. Qual é a sua opinião sobre a temporada 2010 da F1 até agora?

I have come to grips with Kimi not being there and I follow it with great interest. The no refuelling is the most interesting thing about 2010. Is it good or is it bad.. After the race in Bahrain people complained it was boring. Which it was. But now we have had 2 great races in Australia and Malaysia and those voices have silenced. For now. I think we need some more races before making a judgement because the last 2 races were a bit unusual.

But now that Kimi isnt in F1 anymore, the most intriguing thing for me is following the teammate battles. I can actually relax more when watching. I was always on pins and needles when Kimi raced. Haha.

So far its been surprising. Rosberg is beating Schumacher. Massa is leading the championship ahead of Alonso. And Jenson Button is ahead of Lewis on points too. I would never had guessed that at seasons start. So its exciting. The only expected thing is Vettel making minced meat out of Webber. By the way - I once had a dog called Webber. True story.

Eu tive que lidar com o fato de Kimi não estar lá e tenho seguido com grande interesse. A ausência do reabastecimento é a coisa mais interessante sobre 2010. É bom ou é ruim... Após a corrida no Bahrein pessoas reclamaram que foi chato. O que foi. Mas agora tivemos 2 grandes corridas na Austrália e na Malásia e as vozes se silenciaram. Por enquanto. Eu acho que precisamos de mais corridas antes de fazer um julgamento porque as 2 últimas foram um pouco incomuns.

Mas agora que Kimi não está mais na F1, a coisa mais intrigante para mim é acompanhar as batalhas dos companheiros de equipe. Eu posso ficar mais relaxado assitindo. Eu estava sempre com os nervos à flor da pele quando Kimi corrida. Hahaha

Até agora tem sido surpreendente. Rosberg está batendo Schumacher, Massa está liderando o campeonato à frente de Alonso. E Jenson Button está à frente de Lewis nos pontos também. Eu nunca imaginaria que a temporada começaria assim. Tão animada. A única coisa que era esperada é Vettel fazendo carne moída de Webber. À propósito – uma vez eu tive um cachorro chamado Webber. História verdadeira.

8. Kimi left F1 and moved to WRC. What are you thinking about his performances until now?

8. Kimi deixou a F1 e se mudou para o WRC. O que você tem achado de suas performances até agora?

The thing about rally, is that it is so hard to judge because the sport is so incredibly difficult. Its not just Kimi moving to another Formula or something. Its practically a completely different sport. One always hopes for some incredible speed from Kimi, because he is brilliant. But its not that simple in rally because its all about the pacenotes. And if they arent good – you cant go fast. So he not only has to learn to drive completely different, he also has to learn how to make good pacenotes. It’s a monster challenge and frankly he is doing very very good.

I don’t expect him to get a podium this year. That would be an incredible acheivement. But if he can consistently finish rallies and stay in the points while getting ever closer to his rivals – that would be a great platform to build on should he choose to continue his rally career.

A coisa sobre o rali é que é tão difícil de julgar porque o esporte é tão incrivelmente difícil. Não é apenas Kimi se mudando para outra Fórmula ou algo do tipo. É praticamente um esporte completamente diferente. Alguns sempre esperam pela incrível velocidade de Kimi porque ele é brilhante. Mas não é tão simples no rali porque é tudo sobre as notas. E se elas não são boas – você não consegue ser rápido. Então ele não só tem que aprender a pilotar completamente diferente, ele também tem que aprender a como fazer boas notas. É um desafio monstro e francamente ele está se saindo muito bem.

Eu não espero que ele consiga um pódio este ano. Isto seria uma conquista inacreditável. Mas se ele puder terminar ralis consistentemente e ficar nos pontos e próximo aos seus rivais – isto seria uma grande plataforma para ele se apoiar caso escolha continuar sua carreira no rali.

9. Did you use to follow rally before Kimi or just become a rally fan because of him?

9. Você costumava seguir o rali antes de Kimi ou apenas se tornou um fã depois dele?

I followed rally somewhat. I caught the summaries after each day most of the time and I always watched the year review from WRC. I still remember the Group B rally beasts from when I was a kid. 6-700 horsepower monsters. That really was the golden age of rally. Sadly it only lasted a couple of years before they were outlawed.

But now that Kimi is in the WRC, the interest is of course at its peak. I follow the Live stage times. Listen to the rally radio. And plan to go to as many rallies as I can.

Eu seguia o rali de alguma forma. Eu via os resumos depois de cada dia na maioria das vezes e sempre assistia às retrospectivas do WRC. Eu ainda me lembro dos insanos do Grupo B quando eu era criança. Monstros de 6-700 cavalos de potência. Aquela foi realmente uma era de ouro do rali. Infelizmente só durou alguns anos antes de serem vistos como fora das regras.

Mas agora que Kimi está no WRC, o interesse é claro, está no auge. Eu sigo os tempos das especiais ao vivo. Ouça à rádio do rali. E planejo ir ao máximo de ralis que puder.

10. Which category fits Räikkönen the most: F1 or WRC?

10. Que categoria combina mais com Räikkönen: F1 ou WRC?

That’s a good question. For many, Kimi is synonymous with Formula 1 and I know many wish for him to return. And I must admit that I hope for his return to Formula 1 as well. He is the greatest natural talent ever to compete in F1 and a living legend. And he deserves a better exit than he got. I do however think that his persona and style fits better with rallying. But you might say his talent fits F1 the best. For the time being anyway.

He certainly has the talent to eventually become a top rally driver. Its still too early to tell if he may have started too late to become a rally champion. The top guys have so many years of experience. You need something very special to compete with that. But if anyone should ever be able to do so in a short amount of time, its Kimi.

Esta é uma boa questão. Para muitos, Kimi é sinônimo de Fórmula 1 e eu sei que muitos desejariam o seu retorno. E eu devo admitir que eu espero seu retorno à Fórmula 1 também. Ele é o talento mais natural que já existiu a competir na Fórmula 1 e uma lenda viva. E ele merece uma despedida melhor do que a que teve.No entanto, eu acho que a sua personalidade e estilo combinam melhor com o rali. Mas você pode dizer que seu talento combina mais com a F1. Pelo tempo eu diria.

Ele certamente tem o talento para eventualmente se tornar um piloto de topo do rali. É ainda muito cedo para dizer se ele começou muito tarde para se tornar um campeão de rali. Os caras do topo têm muitos anos de experiência. Você precisa de algo muito especial para competir com isto. Mas se há alguém que possa fazer isto em um curto espaço de tempo, é Kimi.

11. You went to Rally Sweden, the opening event for the 2010 WRC season. How was it to be there when Kimi was debuting in the category? What can you tell us about this adventure?

11. Você foi ao Rali da Suécia, o evento de abertuda do WRC 2010. Como foi estar lá quando Kimi estava estreiando na categoria? O que você pode nos contar sobre sua aventura?

First of all – it was cold. Extremely cold. Haha. But I had so much fun anyway. To tell you the truth, at the beginning of the rally season I wasn’t totally hooked on Kimi going rallying. I mean it was exciting and all that but I was a bit sceptic. Experiencing it live however, really opened my eyes. It was such a thrillride as I like to say. Seeing Kimi live, going sideways on snow and ice – totally awesome! I got completely hooked after Sweden. So any Kimi fan should go to a rally if they can. Its highly recommended.

Primeiramente – estava frio. Extremamente frio. Haha. Mas eu me diverti bastante. Para dizer a verdade, no começo da temporada de rali eu não estava totalmente animado com Kimi no rali. Eu quero dizer, estava animado e tudo, mas estava um pouco cético. Viver ao vivo no entanto, realmente abriu meus olhos. Foi tão emocionante, eu tenho que dizer. Ver Kimi ao vivo, andando de lado na neve e no gelo – totalmente incrível! Fiquei totalmente viciado depois da Suécia. Então, qualquer fã de Kimi deveria ir a uma rali se puder. É altamente recomendado.

12. Do you believe Kimi will return to F1 in 2011?

12. Você acredita que Kimi retornará a F1?

Its going to be a guess this one. Because it seems that Kimi himself haven’t decided yet. I personally believe yes. He will. Perhaps there is a bit of wishful thinking in my answer. My reasoning is that this is the last year of the WRC cars with 2 liter turbos and 350 horsepower. Next year its no more WRC. But the S2000 class with Fiestas and DS3s with 1,6 liter turbos. And Kimi has already complained to Kai that he doesn’t think the WRC car really “goes”. And if there is one thing Kimi doesn’t like, its being bored. Im sure it would still be challenging but there may be a reason why Kimi made the quick switch to WRC last year. To try it while its still there.

If he goes back to F1 next year, he could easily do that for 2 years and then, if he wants to, go back to rallying. Now with a lot of experience in his pocket. As well as pacenotes for almost all of the stages. Which means a lot.

Esta será uma adivinhação. Porque parece que nem mesmo Kimi ainda se decidiu sobre isto. Eu pessoalmente acredito que sim. Ele voltará. Talvez haja um pouco de desejo a ser realizado na minha resposta. Meu raciocínio é que este é o último ano dos carros WRC de 2 litros turbos e 350 cavalos de potência. No ano que vem não é mais WRC. Mas a classe dos S2000 com Fiestas e DS3s com 1.6 litros turbos. E Kimi já reclamou com Kaj que ele não acha que o carro do WRC realmente “aconteça”. E se tem uma coisa que Kimi não gosta é ficar entendiado. Tenho certeza que ainda será desafiador, mas pode ter sido uma razão pela qual Kimi tenha feito esta rápida troca para o WRC em seu último ano. Para testá-lo enquanto ele ainda está lá. Se ele voltar para a F1 no próximo ano, ele poderia facilmente fazer isto por 2 anos e depois, se ele quiser, voltar para o rali. Agora com muita experiência em seu bolso. Assim como as notas de todas as especiais. O que significa muito.

13. How could you explain for us the difficulty people have to understand Kimi’s behavior? He’s known as the Iceman, but we know he’s not as cold as people think he is. Do you think this is a cultural thing?

13. Como você poderia explicar para gente a dificuldade que as pessoas têm para entender o comportamento de Kimi? Ele é conhecido como o Homem de Gelo, mas sabemos que ele não é tão frio quanto as pessoas acham. Você acha que é algo cultural?

I can try but a Finn would be the best to answer this one. From what my finnish friends have told me, there is a vast cultural difference between the social behaviour of a Finn and say that of a Brazillian. For instance the finns need to have a larger personal space around them. If you get too close its uncomfortable and considered rude. Unless you know the person well of course. We have a bit of the same in Norway and Denmark. On top of that Kimi seems to be a very private person, so I think he actually does pretty well when handling fans all things considered. I can imagine how hard it was for him in the beginning of his rise to fame.

We have all heard from his friends and family and people that really know him that he is quite the joker and chatterbox when around them. There is the public Kimi and then there is the private, real Kimi that we only so seldom catch a little glimpse of. And that’s fine. I like both those sides because I understand and respect his need for privacy.

Eu posso tentar, mas um finlandês seria melhor para responder esta questão. Do que os meus amigos finlandeses me disseram, há uma vasta diferença cultural entre o comportamento social de um finlandês e digamos, de um brasileiro. Por exemplo, os finlandeses precisam ter uma grande espaço pessoal ao redor deles. Se você se aproxima demais não é confortável e é considerado grosseiro. A menos que você conheça bem a pessoa, é claro. Nós temos um pouco disto na Noruega e na Dinamarca. Acima de tudo isto, Kimi parece ser uma pessoa muito privada, então eu acho que ele se sai muito bem quando lida com os fãs considerando todas as coisas. Eu posso imaginar o quão difícil foi para ele no começo de sua ascensão para fama.

Nós todos ouvimos de seus amigos e família e pessoas que realmente o conhecem que ele é um brincalhão e falante com eles. Há o Kimi público e então há o privado, o Kimi real que raramente vemos mostra um relance disto. E está ótimo. Eu gosto de ambos os lados porque eu entendo e respeito sua necessidade pela privacidade.

14. Se você pudesse escolher dois dos nove pilotos que temos em nossa equipe especial Octeto Racing Team: Räikkönen, Alonso, Trulli, Coulthard, Montoya, Button, Rosberg, Villeneuve or Vettel), quais pilotos seriam? E por quê?

Come on! You know I have to choose Kimi Raikkonen! Why? Because he is just the greatest ever!

For the second driver I have to go for Vettel. Not only because he is friends with Kimi, (which helps of course) but also because he is one heck of a driver. For every year in F1 he has just gotten better and better and better. I rate him the highest of all the drivers in F1 today. Because even though he is a fierce driver now, you can tell there is still untapped potential.

Oras! Você sabe eu tenho que escolher Kimi Räikkönen! Por quê? Porque ele é apenas o maior!

Para o segundo piloto eu vou com Vettel. Não apenas por ele é amigo de Kimi (o que ajuda é claro), mas também porque ele é um excelente piloto. A cada ano na F1 ele tem melhorado mais e mais e mais. Eu o classifico como o melhor de todos os pilotos na F1 hoje. Porque ainda que ele já seja um piloto ameaçador hoje, você pode dizer que ainda há muito potencial guardado.

No, I kid. I kid! rs.. Don’t string me up just yet. In all seriousness, I love the idea. I have paid a visit to your blog several times, even though I have to use Google translate for the non-english parts. Its very nice looking and something you can be really proud of. I like the pink background with all the racing articles on top of it, which is usually viewed as a mans sport. It’s a nice contrast that highlights that girls can be gearheads as well. So keep up the good work!

Não, estou brincando, Estou brincando! rs.. Não me enforquem ainda. Falando sério agora, eu adoro a ideia. Eu já visitei o blog de vocês várias vezes, mesmo que eu tenha que usar o google translator para as partes que não estão em inglês.

É muito bonito e algo do qual vocês podem estar realmente orgulhosas. Eu gosto do fundo rosa com todos os artigos sobre automobilismo por cima, que geralmente é visto como um esporte de homem. É um contraste bacana que destaca que garotas também podem ser fanáticas por mecânica. Então continuem com o bom trabalho!
